Uk Boat Delivery Terms and Conditions.
Sea Deliveries.
1/Deposits.
50% of all prices quoted must be paid before delivery commences, unless otherwise stated.
2/ Delivery by Sea the customer is responsible for.
a) Any repairs or maintenance deemed necessary before commencement or during delivery the process of delivery.
b) Insurance of the vessel and its contents during delivery.
c) Any costs arising from, mechanical breakdown or other failure, fuel, oil, water, mooring fees, communications ie, faxes, phone calls etc involved with the delivery.
d) Making sure all relevant documentation regarding the vessel is in place.
e) Any travel and reasonable out of pocket expenses arising.
f) Provisioning of boat unless otherwise stated.
3/ Delays during delivery.
No responsibility lies with Uk Boat Delivery for any delays occuring from adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Should due to extreme weather conditions or breakdown and the delivery cannot be completed or time spent ashore waiting for weather or repairs, the client will be responsible for payment of the time and expenses of the delivery crew.
4/ Crew Insurance.
Insurance regarding Skipper and Crew is soley the resposibility of Uk Boat Delivery.
5/ Uk Boat Delivery.
We will endeavour to deliver your vessel in a profesional and seaman like manner to its destination.
6/ Payments.
All deposits and final payments on delivery can be paid by cash or personal cheque made out to Richard P Kisby.
Uk Boat Delivery Terms and Conditions.
Road Deliveries.
1 / Deposits

2/ Delivery by road using customers trailer, the customer is responsible for.
a) Any repairs or maintenance deemed necessary before commencement of delivery.
b) Insurance of the vessel, contents and its trailer during delivery.
c) Any cost arising from, mechanical breakdown or any other failure of the trailer.
3/ Delays during delivery.
No responsibility lies with Uk Boat Delivery for any time delays on the delivery, however we will do our best to meet any deadlines set.
4/ Delivery by road using our trailer.
Uk Boat Delivery is responsible for the insurance of your vessel whilst in its possesion.( This does not include personal possesions carried in the vessel)
5/ Trailer Hire.
The hirer is responsible for any cost of any damage sustained whilst the trailer is in there possesion. Or in the case of total loss in anyway, the sum of £3500.00.
6/ Payments.
All deposits and final payments on delivery, can be made by cash or cheque made out to Richard P Kisby.
Preferred Inventory for Sea Delivery.
1) V. H . F Radio.
2) Log.
3) Depth Sounder.
4) Ships compass.
5) G . P. S
6) Flare Pack.
7) Life Ring.
8) Life Raft ( If Available. Can be hired for longer passages).
9) Engine or outboard serviced and working.
10) Fuel, oil, water for engine.
11) Sails. ( As required).
12) Anchor, chain / warp.
13) Lines and fenders.
14) Auto helm or tiller pilot ( Essential).
15) Enough fresh water for duration.
16) Cooker and basic cooking and tea making utensils.
17) Working Heads.
18) Basic tool kit.
19) Torch.
Please Note.
Our Skipper and Crew will bring, portable GPS, handheld VHF, lifejackets, safety lines, navigation tools, wet gear, bedding and any other personal items required.
